The SPE Gaia Summit is a C-level thought leadership Summit that comprises of workshops, panel discussions, forums and brainstorming sessions assembling key industry associations, individual members, industry trade bodies, academia, community activists, investors, operators, service companies, regulators, and scientists.

The Gaia Summit is organized by the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), a non-for-profit professional association with over 124,800 members in 134 countries. SPE is proud to offer the first Middle East Gaia Summit, in Oman, with a program produced using its Gaia strategic programming framework.

The objective as an SPE-empowered brand is to exhibit sustainability leadership in a manner that moves needles and doesn't just tick boxes. Building on that aim, the event’s two-day program will be highly interactive allowing participants to engage deeply and confidently in discussions with experts and their peers about many of the opportunities and challenges of connecting systemic complexities with their day-to-day operational practices and decision-making.

Keynotes, panels and break-out sessions will result in participants being given the opportunity to fully engage in valuable knowledge sharing and develop new relationships and a community with whom to engage fully in shaping the future of energy.
